Lake Arrowhead Utility Company timely delivers bulk water bills to the Postal Service for mail delivery, but unfortunately, they occasionally are unable to deliver such bills to LAUC customers on a timely basis. We have several options to access your account online. We offer paperless billing and online bill pay.

 

The web address to register your account is https://www.utilitybillingsystem.net. Once the account has been registered you will be able to view bills, pay online, update contact information, sign up for paperless billing and contact our office through the consumer portal. The steps to register your account are below. If you need assistance with the account registration, contact our office at 770-345-5411 Monday through Friday 8:30am until 5:00pm.

 

Consumer Registration Steps:

 

Full Name on Bill:                              Full name as it appears on a bill card. If not found, try entering the first

and last name in all capital letters associated with the account.

Account Number:                             Account number as it appears on the bill.

Email Address:                                  Your email address will be your login ID.

Re-type Email Address:                  Re-enter the email address that you used.

Password:                                           Choose the password that you want to use.

Confirm Password:                          Re-enter the password that you choose.
